Please review our Subscription Plans for current pricing. We offer a 24-hour Free Trial to ensure satisfaction; refunds are only provided for verified server downtime exceeding 72 hours.
4. Service Stability
Our service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 25Mbps for 4K). We are not responsible for buffering caused by ISP Throttling or incompatible hardware configurations.
